Very Good A1C results (5.7%) considering that this includes the Christmas Holidays when I relaxed my control just a little bit. This 90-day period is also when I began to take Chromium supplements on a regular basis alongside the 3x a day Metformin tabs. Compare this period with results of previous A1C (6%) when I just took Cinammon tablets. The Chromium appears to be working.
